There was a match between Legia Champions and Maciej Śliwowski's Friends at the stadium of Okęcie Warszawa yesterday. Former player of Legia had his benefit and he managed to score three goals in the game. Unfortunately, there were not too many supporters in the stands, although it was possible to see Legia's former stars, such as: Leszek Pisz, Maciej Szczęsny, Jacek Zieliński and Zbigniew Mandziejewicz.

The game finished with the result 7-5 for Legia Champions' team. Ten minutes before the end of the match there was a symbolic change of generations on the field – Maciej Śliwowski was replaced by his son, Dawid, who managed to score a goal.
Maciej Śliwowski was Legia's player for only one season. However, he was a very efficient footballer – he stroke 28 goals in 39 matches.
