Footballers of Young Legia only drew 1-1 with their young opponents from Górnik (Młoda Ekstraklasa) in Zabrze today. Again, this was Maciej Górski who scored a goal for Warsaw team. Thanks to his shot Young Legia was leading 1-0 since the 6th minute of the game. Unfortunately, Young Górnik’s Szymon Sobczak equalised thirteen minutes later. There were two players from Legia’s senior squad who appeared in the match – Dickson Choto and Srđa Knežević.

Similarly to players from Legia’s senior squad, their younger colleagues also managed to defeat 3-1 (Młoda Ekstraklasa) Cracovia’s young team. Two goals were scored by Maciej Górski and the final goal for Young Legia’s team was struck by Kamil Kamiński.

Young Legia’s footballers have poorly begun the new season 2011/2012. In the first match, which took place in Lubin, they were defeated 3-1 (Młoda Ekstraklasa) by Zagłębie’s young players, although these were players from the capital of Poland who struck the first goal. Its author was Maciej Górski. The team from Lubin managed to achieve the final result in the first half of the game.

Although Young Legia’s players defeated 2-0 (Górski’s two goals) their young opponents from Bytom (Młoda Ekstraklasa), they eventually finished as second place champions. This is due to the fact that Young Zagłębie Lubin won 2-0 its match against Young Lechia. Young Zagłębie is Młoda Ekstraklasa’s current champion.

Footballers of Young Legia only drew 1-1 with Young Arka’s players at Łazienkowska (Młoda Ekstraklasa). Due to this result, chances for the championship dangerously decreased. If young players want to think about the final trophy, they will have to count for a lapse of Zagłębie’s footballers in the last fixture.

Similarly to their senior colleagues, Young Legia’s footballers managed to win their match against Young Wisła’s players (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The third and the most important goal was struck by Dominik Furman, who properly executed the penalty. Young Wisła had to finish the game with only ten men on the field.

Footballers of Young Legia defeated 4-1 its young rivals from Białystok (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The referee showed two red cards during the game.

Young Legia’s players qualified to the provincial quarterfinal of the Polish Cup. They managed to defeat 3-2 footballers of RKS Ursus. Although Young Legia was losing 0-2 after Medvediev’s and Goliczewski’s goals, it coped with the tough situation and was able to strike three goals and win the game. Footballers of Young Legia defeated 1-0 players of Young Lechia Gdańsk (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The only goal was scored by Sebastian Szałachowski in the 84th minute of the match.

Young Legia’s footballers managed to win 2-0 their match over their young rivals from Poznań (Młoda Ekstraklasa). Both goals were scored in the first half. The first one was struck by Michał Żyro in the 16th minute. The second one scored Alejandro Cabral a quarter later. There were seven players from Legia’s senior squad who appeared in the game: Kiełbowicz, Kelhar, Komorowski, Kneżević, Gol, Cabral and Żyro. Thanks to this victory Young Legia’s players still occupy the first position in the league.

Footballers of Young Legia lost 0-1 their match against Young Zagłębie (Młoda Ekstraklasa) in Lubin. The only goal was struck by Deniss Rakels in the 59th minute of the game. There were three players from Legia’s senior squad playing in the match: Janusz Gol, Artur Jędrzejczyk and Bruno Mezenga. Game’s referee showed two red cards.

Footballers of Young Legia lost 1-2 their match with Young Ruch in Chorzów (Młoda Ekstraklasa). All three goals were struck in the second half of the game. Young Ruch’s Bartosz Flis scored two goals within only two minutes. The face-saving goal for Legia’s young players was struck from a penalty by Mateusz Rosłoń. In spite of this defeat, Young Legia still occupies the first place in the league table.

Footballers of Young Legia managed to defeat 3-2 (in contradiction to their senior colleagues) their young opponents from Bełchatów (Młoda Ekstraklasa), although these were GKS’s footballers who were leading 1-0 at first. Footballers of Young Legia lost 1-2 (just like their senior colleagues) the match against Young Śląsk’s players (Młoda Ekstraklasa) on Sunday. The host team was leading after Diaz’s goal in the 21st minute of the game. Kamil Kamiński equalised eight minutes before the end of the match. Unfortunately, Łukasz Madej defeated Young Legia’s goalkeeper Jakub Szumski a minute later.

21-year-old Young Legia’s defender Piotr Augustyniak will spend next few months in Kotwica Kołobrzeg (Polish Third Division), the team which he was loaned to. The footballer has recently participated in some physical tests in this club. Earlier, his performance was checked by Znicz Pruszków’s coaching staff.

Legia’s footballers didn’t manage to win their match against players from Gdynia (Młoda Ekstraklasa) on Saturday. Although they lost 2-3 in Pomorze, they are still leaders of the league table. Two goals for Legia’s young team were scored by Wolski and Rozwandowicz.

Young Legia’s players (in comparison to their older colleagues from senior squad) had no problems with defeating Cracovian footballers (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The team from Warsaw won 4-0 its game which took place at Łazienkowska on Monday. After the end of the first half Warsaw footballers were leading 2-0. There were about 450 people in the stands of the new stadium.

Footballers of Young Legia went to Białystok to play a game against local Young Jagiellonia (Młoda Ekstraklasa) on Monday. They were quite successful, because they managed to beat 3-0 footballers from Podlasie. After the end of the first half Warsaw players were leading 1-0 thanks to Bruno Mezenga’s goal. Michał Efir managed to strike two more goals after the break and eventually Young Legia could happily return to Warsaw.

Players of Young Legia managed to defeat 4-1 footballers of Young Korona Kielce (Młoda Ekstraklasa) on Saturday. The first three goals were scored in the first half of the match. What’s interesting is the fact that two of them were stroke by Bruno Mezenga. The third one was a penalty which was successfully executed by Kamil Majkowski.

Footballers of Young Legia defeated 3-0 players of Young Widzew Łódź (Młoda Ekstraklasa) in Legionowo. All three goals were scored in the second half of the match. There were about 70 people in the stands. We encourage you to see 29 photos from the game taken by Mishka.

Young Legia managed to defeat 3-0 Young Cracovia (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The first goal was scored by Rafał Wolski in the 35th minute of the match. Twenty minutes before the end of the game the second goal for Young Legia was stroke by Dawid Duda. Nine minutes later the third goal was scored by Jakub Wawrzyniak.

Young Legia’s players won 3-0 their match against Young Lechia in Gdańsk. All goals were stroke in the second half of the game. The first was scored by Piotr Augustyniak who properly executed a penalty after a foul on Kamil Majkowski.

Footballers of Young Legia managed to defeat 2-1 players of Young Lech Poznań (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The first goal was scored by Young Lech’s Łukasik, but thanks to Olejniczak’s and Wolski’s goals Young Legia defeated its rivals.

Footballers of Young Legia drew 1-1 with Young Zagłębie Lubin (Młoda Ekstraklasa) on Sunday. The first half ended with a 0-0 draw, although Zagłębie’s Adrian Błąd managed to put the ball in Szumski’s goal. The referee saw however that there was an offside and adequately didn’t count the goal.

Footballers of Young Legia were defeated for the first time this season (Młoda Ekstraklasa). In the game which took place in Legionowo Young Ruch’s players managed to win 1-0. The only goal was scored in 84th minute by Patryk Stefański. Five players from Legia’s senior squad appeared in the match: Inaki Astiz, Ariel Borysiuk, Miroslav Radović, Tomasz Kiełbowicz and Piotr Giza. Players of Young Legia managed to defeat 2-1 footballers of Young GKS in Bełchatów (Młoda Ekstraklasa). The first goal was scored by Kacper Starek in the 10th minute of the match. Three minutes later Bełchatów’s Pieczara equalised. The first half ended with a 1-1 draw. Fortunately, Piotr Augustyniak properly executed a penalty after a foul on Rafał Wolski in the 68th minute of the game and Young Legia won the match.

Footballers of Young Legia managed to win 4-1 their game against Young Śląsk’s players (Młoda Ekstraklasa). Thanks to this victory the club from Warsaw came first in the league. After the first half Young Legia was leading 2-0 thanks to Efir’s and Wolski’s goals. The third goal was scored by Starek in the 60th minute of the match. The last goal for Warsaw team was stroke by Alejandro Cabral. A face-saving goal scored Young Śląsk’s Garyga seventeen minutes before the end of the game.

Footballers of Young Legia managed to defeat 2-1 players of Young Polonia (Młoda Ekstraklasa) in Legionowo, although they were losing 0-1 after the first half. Footballers of Young Legia played their first match (Młoda Ekstraklasa) of the season 2010/2011. In Cracow they managed to beat 2-0 players of Young Cracovia. Due to an injury the pitch had to be left by Warsaw team’s goalkeeper Jakub Szumski at the end of the first half.

In the last match of season 2009/2010 footballers of Young Legia only drew 1-1 with Young Cracovia’s players (Młoda Ekstraklasa). After the first half there was a goalless draw. The first goal was scored by Young Cracovia’s Bartosz Tomczuk ten minutes before the end of the game. Fortunately, Young Legia’s Dominik Furman executed properly a penalty and Warsaw club managed to equalise in the last minute.
