Legia's footballers drew 2-2 with Broendby Copenhagen in the second leg of the third qualifying round (UEFA Europa League). Warsaw supporters showed their best side trying to galvanise the players into the fight with loud singing which lasted whole 90 minutes. Legia Warszawa drew 2-2 with Danish Broendby Copenhagen in the second leg of the third qualifying round (UEFA Europa League). Due to 1-1 draw in Copenhagen one week ago, this is Broendby which won the promotion to the next stage on away goals.

Legia's stadium changes every day. Fans who were present in the stands during the Sunday match against Zagłębie Lubin must have seen the progress of building. The railing has been partly taken apart. On the Northern stand (the one near Łazienkowska street) there have been some concrete foundations of the lower (in the entirety) and the upper (partially) stand installed.

The Warsaw Uprising broke out 65 years ago, on 1st August 1944. Legia's fans took part in the solemn ceremonies connected with this event. The "OFMC", one of Legia's fans' groups, prepared about 250 candles and more than 10.000 Polish national flags with symbols of the Uprising which were then given out to other supporters who wanted to help. Their task was to light the candles near the designated Warsaw memorials and to put there flags.

In the first leg of the third qualifying round against Broendby (UEFA Europa League), Legia drew with the team from Copenhagen 1-1. Both goals were scored after penalties. The first one was scored in the 40th minute by Legia’s Maciej Iwański. Broendby's player Farnerud equalised in the 73rd minute. We encourage you to see 54 photos taken by Mishka.

In a charity match which was played on Friday evening Legia drew with Korona in Kielce 3-3. After the first half Warsaw team was leading 2-0 after Martins Ekwueme's and Roger Guerreiro's goals. After the break Legia scored another goal in the 52nd minute – Miroslav Radović made use of Marcin Mięciel's pass. In the 61st minute Korona's Paweł Buśkiewicz scored the first goal for its team. Soon after this situation Jan Urban decided to let some Young Legia's footballers play on the pitch.

More than 30 Legia's fans went to Georgia to support their team in the second leg of the second qualifying round (UEFA Europa League) against Olimpi Rustawi. Legia won 1-0 after Sebastian Szałachowski's goal in the 8th minute. We encourage you to see some photos taken by our envoy, GeoS.

At 10.30 a.m. began a friendly game between Legia and Wisła Płock. The match was played at Łazienkowska. In the stands there were 200 supporters. On the field we were able to see footballers who didn't have a chance to play in the Thursday confrontation against Georgian Olimpi Rustawi.

In the first friendly game Legia defeated Beskid 11-0! Goals for Warsaw teams were scored by: Kosecki, Grzelak, Smoliński, Astiz, Radović, Ostrowski, Szałachowski (2), Paluchowski (3). We encourage you to see 46 photos taken by Mishka.

Four goals thanks to which Legia won the match and its second position in the league – those things could be admired by Warsaw fans who came to the stadium today. For the last time we were able to see on the pitch footballers who disappointed the board and won't be Legia's players anymore. Ultras of Legia finished the season pretty good. Thanks to Rzeźniczak's goal Legia was leading 1-0 after the first half of the match against Śląsk. Unfortunately, Marek Gancarczyk equalised in the second half. Players from Warsaw weren't able to score another goal and the game finished with the result 1-1. Due to the concurrent victory of Wisła over Lechia 4-2, it is obvious that Legia won't win the Polish championship title this year. The only positive aspect of the match was that 1.220 fans from Warsaw visited the stadium at Oporowska and that they supported their team whole 90 minutes. Players of Legia gained at last three points and they still have chances to win the Polish championship title. Thanks to two goals of Adrian Paluchowski and one goal of Piotr Giza, Legia was able to defeat the team from Bytom 3-1. Legia didn’t manage to promote to the final of the Polish Cup. Warsaw club was defeated by Ruch 1-0 and it means that players of Chorzów won 2-0 on aggregate (Ruch won 1-0 at Łazienkowska). The only goal was scored by Balaz in the 3rd minute of the game. There were 155 Legia’s fans present at Śląski Stadium, however they couldn’t be happy after the match.
